Kristina Ricks

My name is Kristina Ricks and I am currently an intern, obtaining my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are navigating life changes, anxiety, depression, grief, and more.

I work to provide support through individual and group counseling. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I strive to help clients explore thought patterns and behaviors that may interfere with their goals, while building healthy coping strategies and resilience.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and finding simple joys in everyday life.
