Frequently Asked Questions

For so many of my clients, counseling is a new experience. I hope the answers to some commonly asked questions help you on your journey!

What services do you provide?

I offer individual counseling for ages 18+, and group counseling services. I work with a wide variety of individuals with varying counseling needs.

How much do you charge?
Do you accept insurance?

Appointment session rates vary based on the service offered. Individual counseling sessions are $125 and typically range from 50-60 minutes long. Group counseling sessions range in price and those prices are listed in the group counseling advertisement.

I am in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, BCBSNC State Health Plan, and Medcost insurance.  Self-pay is also accepted.

I will gladly provide Superbills if you have supplemental insurance for you to submit. Out of network clients are encouraged to request reimbursement from their insurance. I participate with Thrizer (https://www.thrizer.com/) a company that helps clients with session reimbursements.

Pre-marital counseling is a self-pay counseling service and can be paid prior to each counseling session.
