For so many of my clients, counseling is a new experience. I hope the answers to some commonly asked questions help you on your journey!
What services do you provide?
I offer individual counseling for ages 18+, and group counseling services. I work with a wide variety of individuals with varying counseling needs.
How much do you charge?
Do you accept insurance?
Appointment session rates vary based on the service offered. Individual counseling sessions are $125 and typically range from 50-60 minutes long. Group counseling sessions range in price and those prices are listed in the group counseling advertisement.
I am in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, BCBSNC State Health Plan, and Medcost insurance. Self-pay is also accepted.
I will gladly provide Superbills if you have supplemental insurance for you to submit. Out of network clients are encouraged to request reimbursement from their insurance. I participate with Thrizer (https://www.thrizer.com/) a company that helps clients with session reimbursements.
Pre-marital counseling is a self-pay counseling service and can be paid prior to each counseling session.

How can I request an appointment?
I provide sessions by appointment only. My hours are typically 9:00am-2:00pm and 4:30pm-6:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Hours may vary. To request an appointment go to “Contact” or text (252) 814-1603.
