For so many of my clients, counseling is a new experience. I hope the answers to some commonly asked questions help you on your journey!
What services do you provide?
I offer individual counseling for ages 16+, couples, and group counseling services. I work with a wide variety of individuals with varying counseling needs.
How much do you charge?
Do you accept insurance?
Appointment session rates vary based on the service offered. Sessions normally range in price from $130 to $100, depending on the service and length of time necessary.
Anchor Family Therapy accepts Blue Cross and Blue Shield, BCBSNC State Health Plan, and Medcost insurances. Self-pay is also accepted.
The office will gladly provide Superbills if you have supplemental insurance for you to submit.
When are your available times for appointments?

I provide sessions by appointment only. My hours are typically 9:00am-12:00pm and 4:30pm-8:00pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Hours may vary. To request an appointment go to “Contact” or call Anchor Family Therapy (252) 689-7117
