Parent Counseling Group: Building Healthy Family Rhythms

Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially with busy schedules and endless responsibilities. This counseling-based parenting group helps parents create practical habits that bring more connection, structure, and peace into everyday family life.

Based on the book Habits of the Household, by Justin Earley, the group explores how simple daily routines—like mornings, mealtimes, and bedtime—can become meaningful moments that shape your child’s character and faith. While the course draws on a Christian perspective, all parents are welcome to join, regardless of faith background.

Led by clinical intern Kristina Ricks, each session offers guided discussions, practical tools, and support from other parents seeking to be more intentional at home. The book is available for purchase separately or can be included with your registration.
