About Me
Faith Sampson
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
My name is Faith Sampson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA #A13650) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC #755790). I have a masters degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro specializing in school counseling and bachelor of arts in psychology from East Carolina University.
I have experience providing individuals and group counseling sessions. My primary area of interest includes young adults, women, family, and couples emotional and behavioral challenges such as: family conflict, depression, communication gaps, difficulties with self-esteem, and anxiety.
In working with individual clients my goal is to help identify thought patterns and behaviors that may interfere with life goals. When working with couples, we identify communication patterns, difficulties with internal motivation, and beliefs about value that impact the family dynamic.
I enjoy incorporating faith-based Christian techniques to individual counseling for clients that request it.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and two kids - going to the park or the library is our favorite.
